Einy,

So you blame the Labour government and the FSA for recession, as oppossed to banks and bankers, seeing as they were the ones lending money hap-hazardly? Hmm...interesting. It's also interesting that you put it down to Brown for the 'shambling' of this country. I fail to see what he's done specifically to fail this country. The recession was unprecendented and no ''expert'' across the world could see it coming. In fact, Dominique Strauss-Khan, head of the IMF, recently went on record to say that ''it was Gordon Brown and his fiscal stimulus policy that helped the world out of recession quicker than we could have imagined.'' Typical - our PM gets more respect abroad than at home, because people are too busy to criticise in the absence of any coherent explanation of things unintelligible.

"...because the bankers got it wrong" No, Mr.Cruddas, the failed Labour government got it wrong, don't try and push all the worlds ills on the bankers. It was the fundamental mistakes of the Labour party and FSA which led us to this mountainous recession. And, to think the Gordon Brown said we were one of the "best placed" for economy. Yet, we are still in the blackhole, whilst other European countries are out and are laughing at the shambles that Brown has made this country. Thanks Gordon.
