The 'hunger boys' are bronze statues, as tall as normal boys, situated in a water feature outside the Bella Centre in Copenhagen, Denmark.

Write Here, Right Now reporter Ayman describes how the statues represent the millions of people who will have to flee their homes due to rising sea levels and the devastating impacts of climate change. The UN's climate panel estimate that by 2050 there will be 200 million climate refugees around the world, but the hardest hit will be people in developing countries.
